I got my belly button pierced at the age of 14 for my bday and no I'm not a sluty type girl I just had nice abs and wanted something to look nice in my swimsuit. And then I grew up and got everything pierced and no I'm not into deep dark scary things. But then I got pregnant and so I took everything out except my belly button ring, I'll always have it, it's just become a part of me. And yeah as teenagers hit puberty and they start to rebel against their parents and well everyone and that's why a lot of young girls have a lot of piercings. And that's also why whoever it was made the foolish comment that yeah if your into scary things bc when kids begin to rebel they usually go to the dark side its part of the finding yourself process. And as far as nose rings well some people they look good on and some look terrible it really depends on the shape of your nose and yes the pretty lil diamond stud nose rings are very cute.

I don't suggest getting one at all, and if you did, I would say do it when you're at least 18. Btw, my sister has her nose pierced and it looks horrible.

I think the whole piercing thing is coming to an end. When I see white kids from the suburbs start getting them, its time to move on to something new. How about those things that go under the skin? those might be cool for a while.
a small nose stone looks nice...belly button piercing is sexy...
it all depends on your personality.. if you think you like heavy metal and are into like sexy or scary clothes I guess but if your more of an all around perk person then no... I am one who's against it because your just putting metal in your skin.. but if that's your thing than go with it ! (: no ones stopping you except for your parents so I would suggest age 18 (:

I love belly button piercings but I'm not a fan of nose piercings. I don't think there is an age you should get them at. If you want them get them, be who you are and do what you want.
Well, I think the nose piercings look like a booger. Seriously, every time I see my nieces I wanna tell them they have a booger on their nose. As for the belly button...prone to infection, but I think they're sexy. (So, since you're 13...I think you should wait). 8)

I knew you have been talking about a belly button piercing, but a nose piercing? C'mon Sunshine, you don't want that! You saw Amanda's when she took it out, you could see the actual hole. So its going to be hard to really take it out for any formal events if the need be. Your belly button, on the other hand, is easy to cover up for anything. I do still think you should wait a while to make sure though. Your dad would flip if he knew you were wanting this.. Haha :-)
Ohh.. I guess I don't really want a nose piercing anymore. I think everyone's pretty much convinced me of that. I still kind of want the belly button piercing though..

My daughter has both side of her nostrils, with little black studs. Looks much better than the septum piercing as a parent I have no issues with my daughter having piercing. The gauges tho I didn't like them I let her go up to 1inch. I picked my own battle. She took most piercings out when she found out she was not able to get a job until she took them out. I would rather her feel comfortable with me and go have a professional do it. Then to go behind my back.
I honestly see no point at all in piercing anything other than ears, and even then no more than a couple. It just makes no sense to me at all for any of the other stuff to be pierced.
I honestly don't care of people get piercing, provided I don't have to look at them all day, every day. Some actually look good on people, but personally, I would never get one beside from my ears. My boyfriend just got his lip pierced a little while back and I still cringe when I look at his face.
im not a fan of peircings at all.On girls it draws attention away from the face,and well.........thats not always good
My opinion is i look silly with them on, every time i sneeze i got bugers all hung up in my nose ring, and you cant even see my belly button ring because of all the hair on it!
