My back hurts, does anyone know some stretches to help me out, I have oba's tomorrow and I wanna be in tip top condition.
Lay on your back and pull your knees up to you chest. One at a time than both at the same time. Wrap your arms around and hold them there to stretch your lower back.

Lay flat on the ground and slowly elevate your legs while directing your knees to the chest. You can also lie on the ground face down and lift your head and curve your back. Use your arms to support your upper body. Make sure not to force the body into difficult positions.
