What should i do

a family buys land to buil a house.they love nature.there are fifty trees on the land.when the fmilys house is finished,they want to be sre there are still fifty trees on the land.there is not room for a new house with the trees planted the way they are.what should they do?

If you have to cut a tree down then re plant one
