People ask questions about God all the time on Ask.com. Just stick around and you'll find some. Or you can click on the category that says 'Religion, Spirituality, & Philosophy'. Btw, no human knows all the answers about God. For example, we can't imagine how He look until we see Him. He does exist, of course, but you don't know every single thing about Him.
When I do have questions I look for the answers in scripture, and in prayer. That works for me. Inspirational talks also can provide answers. Of course the best way I found to be receptive to receiving answers to the questions I've asked is by being of loving service to others. Somehow when helping someone I find I am more receptive to the promptings of the spirit.
not a question but a statement, The Church is laking one thing which it so desperately needs; and that is Power, Im not talking power as in money, or administration, or influence. Im talking about the Power of God, Which comes by the Holy Spirit! and in its place the put religion in, like tradition. God isn't traditional.. he makes ALL things new. :) So put down ur pride, Humble yourselfs and follow him. Pick up the cross. Eat the word, Meaning Get Revaltions everyday from the word of God. That feeds ur spirit. Questions?
Most people do have questions about God but some don't stick around long enough to get the answer from God or don't respect or appreciate the person or the way he sends his answers to them. There was a Roman governor by the name of Pilate who asked a question but he didn't stay around long enough to get the answer.========read======================So Pilate asked him, ?Are you a king, then?? Jesus answered, ?You say that I am a king. I was born and came into the world for this one purpose, to speak about the truth. Whoever belongs to the truth listens to me.? (((?And what is truth??))) Pilate (((asked.)))
(((Then Pilate went back outside))) to the people and said to them, ?I cannot find any reason to condemn him. (John 18:37, 38 GNT)
Yes, I have a question about God. If God is all-powerful and he is also compassionate, why have millions, if not billions of babies been made to suffer? Now, I'm not talking about full grown folks who have "free will". I'm speaking of the innocent babies who are born into poverty and end up dying by starvation, which I can only imagine is a slow, painful death. I'm talking about innocent babies that have been born with an incurable disease, causing what little time they have here on earth to be spent undergoing painful tests and procedures before they finally die, experiencing little if any pleasure during their short lifetime. Or babies that have diseases that don't kill them but instead allow them to live but require life long treatments just to stay alive. How about babies that are born to abusive parents who burn and torture their babies because they won't stop crying? Why would an all-powerful and compassionate God allow that to happen?
"Either God wants to abolish evil, and cannot; or he can, but does not want to; or he cannot and does not want to. If he wants to, but cannot, he is impotent. If he can, but does not want to, he is wicked. But, if God both can and wants to abolish evil, then how come evil is in the world?" -pious666
