Congratulations, you've just uncovered 1 of the aspects of "reality shows" they're not exactly real. They are on TV as entertainment plain & simple. Pro wrestling has always been on the forefront of is it real or not. Of course it's real, it is real people in a real ring & the dangers are very real. The perform incredible stunts for men that big, broken bones, tears, spinal & head injuries can end their careers in a second. Are the punches, kicks, signature moves real-of course not. You kick anybody or anything in the head 50 times & you'll most likely be dead. It's scripted & set up for what it is entertainment, just like the reality shows. 1 severe injury & the producers would be broke. Just take it for what it is-entertainment
They are in danger of being lost or stranded because the camera crew is most often than not not trained in navigation. They can thus get lost/stranded with the hunters too. However, the concept of being lost/stranded can also be an entertainment gimmick.
