Should I start playing weights, what kind of weights, and what kind of exercises should I do?

I'm only 13 years old (I'll be 14 on December 23rd!), I really need to get bigger muscles. Sometimes when I go to swim down at the hotel, I usually wear my t-shirt, and once I remove it I instantly go to the pool, because I don't have abs or anything! Can you tell me guys, should I play weights and stuff? I once played 5 KG but then I stopped! So should I start working out more? And what kind of weights should I play (dumbbells, etc) and what kind of exercises should I do? PLZ REPLY AND THANKS

You're only 13! Depending on your lifestyle, you may grow into a muscular body. You won't get there by sitting on the pc and playing video games. Eat right, and start doing housework when you have some down time and aren't going to school or doing homework. Start a garden. Rakes and a garden hoe make great work out tools at your age. You don't want to start lifting, by 20 you would be flabby unless you wanted to commit a lifetime of weightlifting.
