Should I start playing weights, what kind of weights, and what kind of exercises should I do?
I'm only 13 years old (I'll be 14 on December 23rd!), I really need to get bigger muscles. Sometimes when I go to swim down at the hotel, I usually wear my t-shirt, and once I remove it I instantly go to the pool, because I don't have abs or anything! Can you tell me guys, should I play weights and stuff? I once played 5 KG but then I stopped! So should I start working out more? And what kind of weights should I play (dumbbells, etc) and what kind of exercises should I do? PLZ REPLY AND THANKS
