Why would my boyfriend be carrying my vibrator around in his back pack?

Why would my boyfriend be carrying my vibrator around in his back pack? Why would he have 166 female friends on yearbook 18 from Colorado? We broke up for about a month but we have been back together for about 2 weeks but he hasn't changed his relationship status on yearbook yet and hasn't deleted the girls like he promised??
Why am I so worried that my worst fears are true? That he's a horny porn.../webcam/sex addicted Giglio that likes to entertain every girl and guy that will have him? He goes to school every day and has lots of friends and talks about them frequently. He says he's being faithful and that he has not done any of that but now that I've seen that in his back pack I've got to wonder.
