i have really fat thighs, while the rest of my body is skinny & i hate that, how do i make them skinny

Concentrate on working just those body parts and stay away from junk food.it tends to go straight to the stomach, butt, and thighs. This includes chips and soda.

You Tube has some great videos for targeting certain parts of the body. Try out the series "Inner Thighs Workout" from expertvillage.

Well you could look up thigh workouts and do some. also there's those shoes called rock'n'fit you could try.
but I wouldn't worry much like te otter person said because your thighs may look large to you but a lot of times I've seen skinny girls say their thighs are "fat" but they are like really freakin tiny! so chances are they aren't even as big as you think :)

R they really fat or r they okay, most people think their thighs r fat but they r not.

no they are really fat, i have these weird lines & stuff its creepy & some of my friends have fat thighs to & they have the same thing as me, & my other friends who

Pilates. it is designed to help make your body lean and fit. there are lots of great exercises you can do at home!
