Why do I always feel cold, dizzy, and have headaches?

Report as

It is suprising how many issues with the body can be fixed with just a slight change to the person's diet. The symptoms you are having sound like poor nutrition. To be safe always check with your Doctor when feeling abnormal.

Just by watching what you eat can help your body feel amazing. Drink lots of water! You should be aiming for 8 glasses of water a day. If you are an active person who plays sports you should be drinking a gallon of water a day. Water is very important!

You might have a concussion. Have you been injured lately? Also you might not be getting all the nutrients you need or you might just have a fever.

Nope no injuries but I might not be getting a lot of nutrients since I don't eat meat

feeling cold is the sign of a fever, dizziness is a sign of a inner ear infection, headaches are a sign of sinus congestion. Sounds like allergies.

Could also be thyroid. But I'd lean toward age & poor nutrition. Either way go see a Dr.
