Please Help! So my heart has been pounding really fast and hard and at times you can see it move sometimes it moves me! What does this mean

it only happens sometimes and at times ill just be sitting down and it will happen.

It happens to me. I take medicine and one of the side effects is racing heart, you on meds?

Nope .. Some of my friends say its nothing to Worry about but i think it is.

Write down what you were doing right before it happened and keep a log

Anxiety or panic attack. Calm down your ok. Go see a doctor

Been living with the same all my life. (Born in 64) I've never had it looked at, still give blood when I can. Watch your sugar intake and try to notice if you're caffeine sensitive. Watch other dietary factors by taking notice of what foods might trigger it, then find that food on the glycemic index. Play detective. The more you know, the more a doctor can help you. I recommend the Genotype Diet, but that's just me. Stay away from food ingredients that you can't pronounce. Stay away from anything hydrogenated or partially so. Stay away from corn syrup.
