What foods help you lose weight?

Eating lots of fruits and veggies is very healthy, also eating things that are high in protein. You want to make sure to eat healthy foods that will keep you full as opposed to foods like with empty calories that will not keep you full for long. Try and only eat healthy carbs, like grains and what not.

its true fruits veggies and salads help u lose weight but you dont just want to do that. you also want to excercise and stuff dont just go eatin foods or somethin

It's all about portion control. Try having a "colorful" plate. Meaning a lot of different veggies. Lean meats like turkey, grilled seafood or chicken are good. Try not to add salt, dressings or cheese. Also, drink plenty of water & get exercise too. I hope this helps!!

Reduce carbs (including fruit which contains fructose and this is sugar). More veg than fruit is better. Minimise wheat products including breads and cereals and if you have must have pasta, rice or bread, smaller portion and make sure it is wholemeal/brown.

Higher protein which feeds your muscles, gives you energy and keeps you feeling fuller longer.

Try and eat 6 'small' meals a day rather than 3. Or having smaller portion, high protein breakfast, followed by snack no later than 3 hours after, smaller portion high protein lunch, followed by snack no later than 3 hours later and so on. Never eat later than 8pm. This will increase yoru metabolism.

You must do at least 20 minutes exercise every other day and preferably make sure it includes resistance training so you increase muscle mass and decrease fat. More muscle means you burn fat even when resting. You don't have to look like Arnie to have muscle!

Try to watch portion control and calories. Drink plenty of water or no-calorie drinks such as plain tea/herbal tea etc.

High fiber cereals. Anything with a lot of fiber like green leafy vegs. Even broccoli.

Eating Watermelon I'm on Weight Watchers and Watermelon is a great fruit to eat to lose weight it also has been proven to lower blood pressure.

hot water + lemon luice take it at morning ....and after that dont eat any thing for 1 hour take it regularly ..its works

Get one grapefruit every morning and cut it in half. Eat one half for breakfast with a whole grain piece of bread and juice. Take the other half of the grapefruit in the shower with you and rub it all over your body. It will actually help get rid off cellulite. and help you lose inches.
