What's going on when I'm online and I get a message box that says Error 53 Permission denied?

I have an elderly computer with windows XP. The window pops up with the above error message, I hit OK it goes away and I continue doing what I was doing.

I don't know... I found this, which suggests the problem is with internet explorer, and that even people running windows 7 are having this problem.

You could switch browsers.. Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. I'm sure someone can diagnose your problem but over the internet I wouldn't even know where to begin to guess.

It means that the site that you are trying to access is not supported by the device that you are using. It could also be that your computer has some viruses. You need to scan it for viruses and install an antivirus program so that it can function well without any problems.
