How and what is the most effective way to study and remember things?! Something simple and easy! Thank you!

Also I have ADHD so it's kind of hard! And it's grammar I'm not very good at but how can I remember better! I'm also in 9th grade thank you!

I always rewrite things that I want to remember. That way it sticks. You say it over and over in your head as you write it!

i aways heard that u should never study for long periods of time. you remember the first and last thing you read and studying for like 20 mins at a time with little breaks helps u retain more info

Would it help to copy, by hand, everything important from your book. I mean rewrite it by hand? I used to do that, but more for science and for history (that have a lot of facts and dates to memorize) than for grammar...

If its a list take your favorite song and redo the lyrics. Write things down. TAKING NOTES HELPS even if you don't look over them again... But try doing that too
