Hi,

Try Power button and volume down button at the same time.

To take a screen shot using Droid Razr, simply install SDK and do USB debugging. After then you can take your screenshot by easily pressing PrintScr button. You can also take a screenshot by holding power button and volume down on your android phone and the screenshot will be captured.
