How much should i feed my greyhound?

Hi, I have a one year old female greyhound and a 3 month old male greyhound. I'm currently feeding them rice and sometimes pasta, with a raw meat mixture of 70% kangaroo and 30% chicken. They get this and eukanuba dry food. Only problem is they are not eating the dry food much. So i'm giving them a vitamin, mineral and protein/amino acid supplement to make up for the dry food they wont eat. they get 5g each of this powder a day. And it is one made exclusively for racing/stud/show greyhounds. What i want to know is this...
How much raw meat and rice/pasta should i be giving them with this supplement so that i'm feeding them the correct amount of food in order for them to build muscle? The female's weight is 26kg and She's at her ideal weight now and i want to keep her there and maybe build a bit more muscle on her. She's got another 5 months of growing yet before her skeletal structure is set. The male's weight is 12kg and is getting heavier every few days. His target weight is around 30kg He will grow for another 12 months.

I work at a vet clinic :-) I tried calling our rep from Royal Canin but him and the tech vets are'nt back in the office till monday :-( oh well, just have to wait i guess
