How can you know if somebody puts a spell on you

ive been sad almost all the time,after my last relationship,and at times i saw my ex my heart skipped a beat. its been 5months now.

Sounds like normal break-up emotions to me, as depending on how long you were together, or how it ended, it can take quite a while to resolve all of those feelings. Not really sure why you would assume that there was any sort of magical cause behind your feelings.

If you are concerned, you could so a simple cleansing. If you've got some sage, chamomile, or dandelion leaf. Sprinkle some in your bath, and soak for a bit. While you are in there visualize any negative energies that might be surrounding you are being purified, and washed away... do disappear for good when you let out the bath water.

That's not a spell. That is regret, sorrow, whatever. No magic there.

So you suspect this could be a spell that someone put on you? Here's my advise; DON'T leave the house or speak to any strangers until you grow up.
