How do you get high definition mode for minecraft xbox i have a hd tv but wont let us play split screen

i need help NOW!!!

You need an HDMI cable not just an HDTV. You can find them at RadioShack, GameStop, and pretty much almost anywhere. The split screen system sucks, people with standard TV's can't play splitscreen.

well you need 2 remotes and other person needs to sigh in then press start on controller
