Americans do British accents for fun,do British people to American accents for fun?

just wandering,it seems legit. :) if so,how?

I'm not British, I'm Australian. But my sister seems to think it makes her "really cool" if she talks with an American accent. She is only 10yrs old though.

Not really to be honest.... Our media is pretty much 90% American so we hear the accent all the time. My family and I have previously lived in America for a few years also so we have picked up on the accent as well :)
