Lesly55, The Moderator position is a paid, part-time, position. We don't look for new Moderators very often, but when we do, we'll post a job listing on our Careers page (http://hire.jobvite.com/CompanyJobs/Careers.aspx?c=qXY9VfwJ&su=fsY9Vfwe&cs=93q9Vfwh). You must be at least 18 years old to apply and have proven moderation experience in order to be considered.
