Okay so let's say you're riding your bike on the road and the speed twenty five and you're going forty cause you're really an insane biker. Can you get a speeding ticket for it?

You can get a speed ticket for riding your bike. This is because you will be breaking the law, if you're driving past what is required. This will lead you to be given at least a speeding ticket worth $235, or even up to $500.

maybe if you arent on a bike path, read some laws, other then drinking alcohol, helmet, didnt say too much.
