Will the Mexican Cartels ever end,even though Americans buy their drugs from them?

Nope. Unfortunately, I think the drug battle is a never ending war. Although, I think if laws were more strict on the people who make the drug, than they are on the ones who use or sell them, it might make a dent in it. If we have less people making it, then obviously we'll have less people using/selling. Just my opinion thou.

The drug cartels will still be around as long as they have drugs to sell.
