I got bad coughing, runny/stuffy nose n headache! Do I got a cold or the flu?

Just a heads up. I had measles for my 21st birthday, thought it was a cold at first. If you have a fever, body aches it might be flu. Depending on where u live West Nile Virus from Mosquitos is widespread. Call your doc.

I think you have a cold, because the flu usually includes other stuff such as dizziness and nauseousness
