I worry so much.

All day I worry and all night I worry and I just can't stop worrying! I worry about the strangest things: someone's going to attack me or steal me or kill me or kill my family! I just don't know what to do! please help me.

Can you think of just one(1)problem that you were about to solve by thinking about over&over about. probably all negative thoughts too. next time take that worrisome thought & do your best to put a positive spin on it, write down 3 positives (do your best). keeping a journal really helps me to express&release my thoughts &feelings honestly. At the end of the day(for at least 2 weeks)write down 3 things you are thankful for. Basically you need to lforce yourself to think good not bad. it will help to think happy more natural

I do too. All the time. Never stops.
Take a string. A string a tad bigger than your wrist. Add some beads. 5 is probably enough. Make it into a bracelet. Every time you start to worry move the beads back and forth on the string. It's therapeutic.

Thanks! I tried it, (I has conveniently had a bracelet with six beads on a kind of tight string) and it helped me! I guess now the real problem is at night, mainly because I sleep walk and the bracelet would probably break.

Well think of this, are you 1 not popular, 2 are you not rich, and 3 are you not around much. Because if your any of these then you know that nothing is going to happen to you. You feel alot better?

I am the same way i don't understand it neither. Im always worrying about the strangest things and the wrong things. When i start to worry i just close my eyes count to ten and think of something good. Something that's happy and most time that helps me. Maybe you can try that if you like.

I've already tried it, but my mom just tells me to think happy things, but it never works!

Lol well that's a lazy response. Then when u go to your check up tell your doctor. Sometimes parents don't get the severity of certain things. Because teens are so blocked off from them.
