Yes you can, but if only you have had a partial hysterectomy. During this type of pregnancy, the foetus will attach to the abdominal wall or an organ and is life threatening, requiring immediate medical care. I'm guessing here-but I think if you only have ONE ovary removed and still have the other, that you could get pregnant.It would just be twice as difficult cuz you wouldn't have that side ovulating. But if you've had both ovaries, or fallopian tubes, and especially your uterus removed,then it's impossible.
