''Best'' is subjective. I say it's Celene Dion. Her vocal range is incredible and her sound so pure, but, she is not my favorite female singer. That is Carrie Underwood.

Roth isn't the BEST singer, but he's my favorite. Your choice is a better singer, but Dave was the man with VH (although he sucked as a soloist! Haha!) If the question was "Who is the BEST singer, I'd have said Don Dokken.

I didn't think you'd know Lizzy, you always talk about older bands, but she's got the best female voice I've ever heard. If you like her, check out Chrissy Steel and Sandi Saraya (Saraya). They both have amazing voices too.

Some of my fav Jett songs are actually remakes, "Nag", "I Need Someone", "You Don't Own Me", "Fun Fun Fun", "Love Me Two Times" I love it when an 80's rock band remakes old classics from the 50's and 60's!

I just saw them in concert last month, after the show they came out to meet their fans, I got a change to talk to them, they were so nice. Lizzy has another song called "Rock Show", she said she wrote it after getting a letter from a young female fan who said Lizzy inspired her to play guitar, now she has a band! haha :-) Imagine getting a band to write a song for you!

Gussie!!! Brantley Gilbert has written tons of songs for Jason Aldean, and has recently gotten more popular. He sings a lot now, as well as still writing songs for other singers, while writing songs for himself. He's an amazing singer! Here's a list of all his songs. He actually wrote and sang My Kinda Party before Jason sang it, and Jason sang Best Of Me on one of his albums.

There are some good new bands though, well they're new but they sound like they're from the 80's ever heard of Halestorm? Dive? Jet Black Stare? Steel Panther? Steel Panther is actually a parody/comedy band but they totally rock haha!
