Who is the Ask community and who answers questions? What qualifications do they have and how are they sourced and contacted?

The Ask community simply refers to the members of Ask,com. Qualifications vary, the questions are answered by the "general population" as it were. This is not a "Ask the Expert" site, those generally charge you for your answers or make you complete offers or some such thing. We have a wide range of people on this site from teens to doctors to nurses, scientists, teachers, ditch diggers and blue collar workers. When you post a Question it goes to the site and is open for ANYONE to answer... keep this in mind when taking advice.

uhhh I understand like one word of that? but I guess the people on ask.com are the ask community?

You get your answers from whomever is online, and is willing and/or able to answer your questions for you. The community is made up of ordinary people and moderators, that give out the best answers that they can in most cases.

Sometimes you might get an expert . Other times you may get......???

You are a member of the Ask community. Have you answered any questions? If you have than you know who answer them. People like you. I am member of the Ask community and I answer those questions I think I have an answer for (about 1 in 20 or 30).
