If in deed you are speaking about God then you believe in faith and faith is the assurance of things hoped for the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1)how can I believe in someone not seen because in your heart there is no doubt not because of what you have been taught or forced to learn or your mind has been brain washed the thing about believing in something YOU have to look for yourself with out anyone guiding you or being influence by what people have written or done in making statements of belief and unbelief everyone is going to have an opinion about something and you may get some to believe and others to strongly disagree sadly enough we tend to answer things that we don't know anything about we think we know because of what we have heard but never got to experience that is the key talk to people who have experience in the particular field you are looking into and double make sure they have live their life in that particular field by their fruits you shall n know God bless you and may He give light unto your path
It's very simple... if I believe it to be true then it is. If I have my doubts, then I seek to find the truth.

belief is evidence that you are deceived. Believe nothing. Act on what you know is true because to act on what you believe is true is to act without reason.
I know what I believe is true because I have prayed about it, and asked God specifically if it is true. Through the Holy Spirit He has testified to me that it is true.
Also as I live the teachings of Jesus, trying my best to follow his example, there are numerous experiences, both physical and spiritual, that reinforce the Holy Spirit's testimony of its truthfulness.
Ask God in prayer to reveal the truth to you, live your life in the way you know is right, and you will be given assurance of His existence and will learn the truth he will reveal to you.
Be less concerned about the opinions of other people and you will become more receptive to the influence of God's Spirit.

I evaluate the faithfulness of my beliefs on a daily basis. I don't know they are faithful. If I did, I would have no reason to evaluate them, and thus I would be in direct disobedience.
As a Christian, God said it and I believe it and take Him at His word.
Further, Jesus demonstrated Gods love and character here on this earth.
I placed my faith securely on the bedrock of Gods confirming word The more I search the immeasurable word of God the stronger my faith is anchored in Him.

I do not pretend to know what is absolutely true, but what I think is true. I do not pretend to tell all the truth. No one does, and no one can, know the certainty of any truth. We only have informed opinion of things, which is at per with our knowledge and experiences. For my part, I would rather a man would tell me what he honestly THINKS to be true, instead of pretending to tell me what he KNOWS to be true. Because, for me, though DOUBT is not a desired state of mind, yet CERTAINTY, on whatsoever, is but monstrous.

When I wonder if something I believe is true, I look at various credible sources for information originating from educated people who know a lot more than I do. I dismiss opinion that is not based on anything more than learned opinion. I look to see how information has been gathered and how it has been interpreted. Then I look at the social and political agendas that may be involved in the interpretations. I look at news. I ask and listen to the opinions of people around me whose perspectives and intelligence I respect. Then I ask teens for their view. Sometimes their opinions are amazingly refreshing. By then, I have enough information to either take that piece of knowledge into my life, or set it aside. I reject information from people I believe to be biased or racist or sexist. I reject information from people who have a clear agenda that I believe to be harmful. Great question. Thanks for asking it.

I've prayed to my deities and most of the time, I get some form of response (as in, I get what I was praying for). If my deities don't answer, they have lives of their own. So they have other things to attend to than one mortal's needs. I don't mind being ignored occasionally.
Like anything you never accept anything on face value. You need evidence from reliable sources, history, science, archaeology and marry this up to the Bible for example. Only a true religion can merge all these area's and find harmony and no contradiction. I only know one religion for example that can merge the four Gospel accounts and explain them as one account of Jesus life and ministry. A true religion applies this John 13:34-35 and not one member of this group will kill people in war 1John 4:20-21, 1John 3:10-12 Guess who these people might be. If they do this then listen to them when they come.Acts 20:20

Dear All Asslam O Alikum First of all we have to decided how we decided that this thinking(Information) source is right or flase, my mean our senses. We have five senses to know the things. To see and verify but in past history is source to belief in as our forefathers beleves we believes, Other Allah has granted every human on Earth with same body structure. We have no option to birth if Either I born in Africa,Russia or Amercia. I have no choice but after a short period when I got senses I know where I belong and Who Am I. As I know from My Family history. The other source is I having same Heart and Brain to think and decided what is right or wrong which constructs my Believes. I Saw and I beliefs as "Jews Requested Hazrat Musa Allahi Islam we want to see Allah(God) and in responses All dies when Allah's visual on a Hill and destoryed all.
