How do you put 243^(-4/5) into radical notation. Then you have to evaluate after you find the radical notation.

Also if you can help me with simplifying the expression 3rd root 64(x-10)^3

This is in fraction form with 1 on top then on the bottom 5th power outside the root box and 243 inside the root box. Then if you need to solve it it is the fraction 1/3
