A big black bird with a long beak landed on my house today can't find any pics anybody know what it might be

If larger than the average crow - probably another member of the Corvid family - a raven ("quoth the raven Nevermore") . . . .they can sport a 2 foot wingspan or more . . . look like a much larger crow, difference in the shape of the beak - louder but sounds the same.

With a long beak, I'd guess a raven.

probably a thunderbird there rare but might be just a myth and some owls are kinda big so dont worry
