Im a little fat but i run a 8 min mile. im i still fat?

Im 13 but I'm 5'10" and weigh 230 lbs. I'm active, I play football, baseball, and exercise about 3 out of 7 days not counting practices

Do you also get enough sleep? Science shows lack of sleep will cause you to eat more calories plus, if your body does not get enough rest to repair it likes to hold calories! A lot of younger people get good activity going but forget it is a combo of 3 things to lose or maintain weight..Diet, exercise AND sleep!

oh...your weight seems a bit high for your height but not for the level you seem to work out, some of it is muscle too. and muscle weighs more than fat. but if the fat is sitting on top of muscle...it can make you seem heavier even if your body weight is not bad.

your metabolism is different I have a friend he's like 6 sumthin really big guy but try a little fat yet he is more active than anybody in the group it's your metabolism it's slower I haven't gone to the gym in a mother yet I only gained 1 or 2 pounds I'm 5'5 and I weigh 140
