I don't know if my information is entirely accurate, but I've heard it's not good to work out while you're still growing. From what I've heard it can stunt your growth, causing you to build muscle instead of building more height. Is there anyone else out there who can confirm or refute this? I'd be curious to know for sure one way or the other. Please comment with any insights.
one thing i hated about highschool is that many studuents dont know how to work out.they would work out only 3 muscle groups and try to show off by benching.yes that is a very good bench press weight,what about your other muscle groups?
