My lil sister started her period a month ago and she has had it 3 times since then is she ok ?

How are you so smart poindextra? You have some really great answers. And it's fairly normal to have irregular cycles when you first start, but if it's severely painful or she's bleeding heavily then getting her checked out by a medical professional would be a good idea. Tylenol or exedrin can both help with the pain.

If she's got heavy bleeding, have her see a doctor even if he says it's normal.

If she's just started puberty, then it's likely that her cycles will be irregular while the hormones try and balance themselves. It's a very hectic time in the body :)

it's very normal to be irregular when you first start your period. It can take up to a year before she is regular

Not normal. Must see endocranologist. Mean time she might Have her take iodine, white oak bark, and black walnut extract, shepards purse maybe. She may have to completely change the way she eats.

Please be very careful taking any painkiller containing aspirin (Excedrin). That would cause more bleeding, ok? Trust me on this.
