That effect is called VERTIGO and it is a sign of impeded blood circulation. Commonly the dizziness is associated with low blood pressure, while high BP can be building up big problems for you. PLEASE go to a qualified health professional of your choice and have your B.P. checked. Don't try any cutesy solutions until you know for sure what is causing your vertigo.

Sir, thank you for your attention. I was not drunk. Did not take any hard drinks or beer for the last one month.

sometimes it's because your pillow is very high, try to use a lower and softer pillow...

Are you a grown man as your picture appears ? if so you could have circulatory problems and not pumping enough oxygen to your brain and it could be growing pains - could be what you eat - drink or intake - either way if it persists you ought to go to the doctor for a full check up and that is your best bet - setting up a appointment .
