Can i move out of the house at 16 with parental consent?

i can convince my parents but i need to know if its possible

You can move out of the house if you have the consent of your parents even if you have not reached 18 years old. This can be allowed through what is known as emancipation of a minor but the court will have to be involved. Read more, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emancipation_of_minors.
