The bad part about Wiki, is that anyone can edit the articles in it, which makes it potentially unreliable. However, in some ways that is also what makes it good, because in most cases when someone makes a major error, it get correct pretty quickly. In general, even if it's not the best resource, it's usually a good starting point, since many of the pages have huge lists of primary sources, which you can then use to go direct to the information that you need.
Because people can change what it say and make it seem unreliable. But Wikipedia has people who checks for stuff like this happening and changes it pretty quickly. But in all reality, its a good source of information
