Chili! Take hamburger meat, diced onions, diced bell pepper and cook it all together. Drain off all the fat. Then take diced tomatoes, 1 can of rotel, dash of hot sauce or more if you want it spicier, 1 can of potatoes, chili beans or kidney beans, which ever one you want, chili mix, you can also put a can of tomato sauce in too if you want, salt and pepper, and even corn if you want. Cook it all together with the hamburger meat for about 20 minutes, and enjoy! You can also add shredded cheese and sour cream to your bowl of chili. Its really good!
Mount trashmore , you make rice then get veggies and mix them in cream of mushroom or cream of chicken with half a can of water, and put the rice on ur plate then pour the cream of chicken/mushroom ontop of the rice with a little salt or pepper :) yum.

Ramen noodles! I cut up vegetables like onions carrots and mushrooms, stir in frozen peas, fry them in a small pot until they brown a little, then pour a little soy sauce and a few cups of water over it. Bring it to a boil add noodles and half the packet of seasoning. I like to make it so its less brothy, more like chop suey. Also good with pork and chicken. Top it off with srirachia! (Tasty, filling, and about 1/4 the fat of mac n cheese)
Keep cooked spaghetti/macaroni in the frig; Take spaghetti, add a little spaghetti sauce, margarine/butter and sprinkle parmesan cheese. Microwave it for about a minute. Toss - great, filling dinner. I always like a NY-style egg sandwich-omelet styled with bacon or onions, kaiser role (or bread) toasted - cream cheese on both sides. Great meal.
Tacos are good, but the taco shells are not always in your cupboard and they are so fragile and fell apart on me, i take all the fixings I want and put them in a bowl then scoop it up with tortilla chips
It's so easy to toss pieces of chicken with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Just throw it in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. I'd be happy to see recipes posted from users here on my website: www.carrotcoalition.com.
