How do you grow your nails longer

What REALLY works is:
1) Take a vitamin called 'Biotin'. Its SPECIFICALLY for hair, skin, and nails. It helps nails grow stronger and faster. You can get it from walmart, walgreens etc.
2) wear nail hardener polish. Put a coat on everyday. Remove it once a week and redo a layer everyday. Nail hardeners are to harden the nails so it doesnt chip/break.
3) keep your hand moisturized. Olive oil is GREAT. when lotioning your hands make sure you get the nails and cuticles good. this helps keep the skin around the nails moisturized and pretty :)
4) if you do alot of housework/dish washing then wear gloves while doing it. If you choose not to then make sure you wear a nail hardener to harden soft nails from constant hand washing.
5) doing #1-3 youll see a BIG difference in 2 weeks. I PROMISE ;)

You keep them painted. Even if it's just one clear coat, it will strengthen your nails making them easier to grow out :)

A drop of olive oil in your clear polish makes them thick and grow fast!!!

They say if you drink milk that helps. And use nail polish so your not tempted to bit ur finger nails. =)

Take your vitamins. B complex, iron, and zinc, and get plenty of protein.

Multivitamin,use a strengthening clear nail polish. It will protect your nails so they can grow longer
