Besides drinking water, what else can I do to get rid of my hiccups?

Please help. I hate getting hiccups, they hurt :(

Put a (measuring) teaspoonful of sugar as far back on your tongue & swallow it quickly. My mother-in-law taught my kids this, & it works every time!

Hold your breath for about 30 seconds... Usually works for me

This a neat trick my cousin told me get a glass of something to drink with a straw plug your ears and drink. If you don't have a straw (if) someone else is with you have them help you.

Here if you eat one or two spoon fulls of peanutbutter it might work. I hate when my hiccups won't go away ?

Try holding your breath for as long as you can.

This really works: put water or any kind of liquid in your mouth (except soda only sometimes works for me) tilt your head back, and swallow slowly.

2.) Peanut butter
3.) Sugar on the back of the tongue & swallow
