Well of you can handle movies like that I want to suggest An American Crime, Hard Candy, Funny Games, BULLY, The Last House in the Left (remake was much more graphic than original), The Orphanage (Spanish movie), and The Girl Next Door (based on John Ketchum novel). The last one and the first one are based on the same crime, but they're VERY different movies. The first is based almost entirely on the court transcripts and the other is a hollywoodized version. Oh and a really good old one is A Clockwork Orange.
It takes the rare person to appreciate disturbing movies...viddy well.
