How many times am i supposed to eat a day?
i only eat like a small meal once a day
3 times breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Eat 5-6 small meals exercise 3 times a week get up to 8 hours sleep

I'm sorry but if you don't fill hungry don't eat because when you eat when you are not hungry you will get your brain to thank about food a lot and you might start gaining wait so TAKE MY ADVICE.
