What is the minimum age to take a yoga teacher training class?

There is no set minimum age to take a yoga teacher training class. This might be because about 40% of the training time spent doing yoga/physical while the rest is spent studying and learning from course materials and manual. If you are under 18, however, you will require a release form signed by your guardian (s).
