Okay here goes and I SWEAR I DID THIS and it was my dad's idea because he didn't want me to gi through the same thing or be embarrassed by him helping me out of this same thing every day. I was 13 BUT I made a sign that went around my neck with string. On a piece of cardboard about the size of 16 by 18 inches, I wrote on there with big black magic marker," I AM 12 YEARS OLD ! And I wore that sign to the pool and it took ONE DAY for it to work. I picked the age 12 because it sounds worse than 13. ALSO, if someone asked why I was wearing it, I told them my dad MADE ME and that he was a policeman and said it was his job to protect me. Sometimes my dad would tell me to tell them he was sitting in the parking lot in an unmarked car. But the sign written with black magic marker written on cardboard that says you are 12 years old WILL WORK. And if new guys come in, the guys already there will tell them you're only 12. They will stay away thinking they will go to jail. You won't have to wear it more than a few days here and there whenever trouble arises and BE PROUD OF THE SIGN while wearing it. DONT act embarrassed for the joke is on THEM!!!

Inform them that its child molesting and is against the law. That should scare them off.If not have your parents informed.
Have you told them you are 13? That usually will do it. If you have and they are still bothering you borrow a friend's big brother is you don't have one of you own and have him talk to them.
Is your dad around? Do you have an older brother or does one of your friends have an older brother? Take someone like this to the pool one day and have him glare at them. Or, just tell these idiots to leave you alone.

Try picking your nose if they try to touch you. It turns them off. Saved me from being touched inappropriately at the mall once.
Pervs. Just go to a different pool and never go to that pool again
In any Tribe there are women, and Warriors. Communicate to yours, per your concerns.
Tell the lifeguard or who ever is in charge of the pool. A friend's l4 yr old had the same problem and her and her parents went to the pool manager. After observing the pervs and seeing them do the same thing to other young girls they were thrown out and were not allowed to return.
tell someone in your family like your brothers or dad and have them go with you and they will take care of them
stop goin to the pool you said even the lifeguard whistled at you go somewhere else to swim...i wish i could go to that pool with you i'd get all to stop...
