Good foods to make when having a cook out with kids ?

Report as

Of course I would check for children with allergies first ... NUTS are fun to have lots of , sunflower seeds , peanuts & popcorn !!! Lots of it !!! Kids can spit out the seed shells & not have to worry about messes ... Kids love roasting their own hotdogs on sticks around the campfire :) What kid doesn't like chili dogs with tons of cheese ? Lets not forget the marshmellows lol !!! Yup , corn on the cob ... Time to go camping :)

Burgers and fries (cook the fries on a cookie sheet). If any are vegetarian, buy some Boca burgers at the local whatever grocery store. Wal-Mart should have them. Have sliced pickles handy, too.

My grandsons love our chicken kabobs. I put 1" diameter cut chicken pieces wrapped in bacon on a kabob stick, grill and the kids love them!! Sometimes I even sneak a veggie or two on them.
