If I submit a book to a publisher hoping they would publish it. let's say they decide not to publish

and 2 years from now they publish my book under another Author's name? is that possible or is my book protected under the law ? that did not happen I am just curious. please let me know

if that did happen, you could sue the other person that copied your book for a lot of money. you would have to prove that it was originally your book, though.

its should be, you can probably make a complaint, youd need some proof you made the book though
