What do you call a person at a hotel that helps you get tickets to shows
Usually they are called a Concierge (pronounced con see air juh)
Concierge. They are usually found at a nice desk or table, in the lobby of most nice hotels. They can be called prior to your arrival, to assist you in obtaining tickets to a show or dinner reservations during your stay.
If tickets are available, we go to the concierge. If tickets are sold out, there will be scalpers around.
