Get orange juice and some Medium sized waterbottles pour a little than less then half of the water out and pour some orange juice in it..... It's just dialated orange juice. It's supposed to make you not crave suger, and be hungry all the time. Trust me I know someone who did it for like a month and she lost quite a bit of weight.
