How do you heal a pulled muscle fast?

I pulled the muscle thats on the inside of your leg and it goes from you groan to your mid thigh. I pulled it while doing breast stroke and I have time trials at cross country on Monday and I REALLY want to run top 12! Any ideas?

Take ibuprofen 600 mg 3x's a day to reduce the swelling and pain. Make sure you eat with the ibuprofen or it will mess up your stomach. Put ice the first day then put a heating pad on it and rest. That's about all you can do. Good Luck!

Go to your local health food store and buy a tube of Arnica gel or cream, and some homeopathic sublingual Arnica tablets. Use both as directed. They are safe, and you will be surprised at the positive results.

You do not know whether you tore the muscle. Be assessed by your family doctor..
