Yes, they are good for you! Shrimp is low in calories and saturated fat and a great source of selenium, protein, vitamin D and vitamin B12. Most importantly, they are rich in omega-3-fatty acids which provides excellent health benefits. Shrimp does have higher cholesterol levels, but most agree the good benefits outweigh this.
Shrimp are very good for you. As fish they have good vitamins, like Omega-3. They also have a healthy amount of the good kind of cholesterol. Just don't eat too much, as cholesterol, even the good kind, is still cholesterol.
