How do you make a pirate hat out of paper

Take a piece of rectangular paper.
Fold it in half, bringing the two short sides together (width-wise?).
Take the top left hand corner and fold it to the center.
Take the top right hand corner and fold it to the center. You will now have a triangle.
Fold the bottom front flap up over the folds. Turn over and fold the back flap up. Run your finger over all the folds to strengthen the folds.

You now have a pirate hat.
