try to do imagining good things.or watch a lot of videos of youtube...thats the thing i do.or you can just go sleep.&if you cant sleep try imagining good things as i told you.then you'll be sleeping in no time!:D
Water of course..... Eating habits are much like all other habits. If u can just get over those first few moments you're good. Try chewing gun or eating some sugar free hard candies to help get u past those first moments. I know it's no fix but it will help take your mind off of it temporarily. Good luck.
Get a squirt water bottle, and squirt it at the back of your throat. When just water it makes you feel fuller, and you need to eat after a month, less that that, you will crave food, but can survive without it.
I can totally relate to what you are saying and feeling, when i was at high school i absloutely hated maths i loathed the subject and to make matters worse i was totally crap at it and if that wasnt bad enough the maths teacher 'mrs Hugill' was a total dragon- i remember feeling sick in the pit of my stomach and just feeling totally nervous if i had maths on that particular day i couldnt have been happier once i had left school
